We'll confirm availability, send you a payment link, and get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Every ChargePapa unit goes through bench testing and quality inspection before dispatch — we don't just pull off-the-shelf stock.Adapters & Accessoriesship within 4–7 business days.Portable Chargers, Home Charging Stations, and DC Chargersrequire 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our facility.

Total delivery time (handling + transit) is12–22 business daysfor adapters and accessories, and15–29 business daysfor chargers. Standard shipping isfree worldwide. Remote areas, island destinations, and low-frequency carrier zones may require additional transit time.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow48–72 hoursafter receiving it for the carrier to update the status — "Label Created" showing for a few days is normal while the package moves to our international logistics hub. If tracking hasn't activated within your product's handling window, email us atinfo@chargepapa.com.

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is damage, email support@chargepapa.com within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp. Use the subject line [DAMAGE CLAIM] Order #XXXXX and attach clear photos or video of both the outer packaging and the product. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without visual evidence may not qualify under our shipping protection policy.

ChargePapa products are backed by a2-year limited warrantycovering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — including control board failure, display malfunction, and connector pin fatigue. The warranty does not cover physical damage from drops, water ingress caused by leaving the cap open, cable damage from being driven over, or unauthorized disassembly. Valid claims are resolved via replacement parts, a refurbished/new unit, or store credit if the model is discontinued.
